It is not uncommon for people not to get enough sleep and whilst many suffer from sleeping issues many are not aware of the health benefits and chose to sleep less to take in more of the day. For most perhaps, the thought of sleeping early in order to get a good night's sleep is a good intention, one that is forgotten or ignored when that time of evening comes.
