Google Announces Tensor will debut on the new Pixel 6

Google hopes to make the Google Pixel 6 and 6 Pro series the ultimate AI and machine learning enabled phone for Pixel consumers with the new custom-built Tensor SoC. Tensor is also the first custom-built SoC created particularly for Pixel phones. These new Pixels have a new design and, thanks to the Tensor SoC, are much more powerful.

The phone also enhances the back camera system by introducing a plethora of new features to the all-new camera bar. The Google Pixel 6 is made of matte metal, whereas the Google Pixel Pro is made of light polished aluminium. In truth, thanks to the Material You design language unveiled at Google I/O, the Pixel will appear pretty natural with the new SoC chip.
